If you have any concerns about your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange or credit store for up to 30 days from delivery date.
The item must not have been used and must be in it’s original condition. Change of mind is not an accepted reason for returns. Please get in touch with us for more details.
If we’ve sent you the wrong item or it is damaged, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
Exchanges are dependant on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item.
When returning an item, please provide a copy of your receipt. Once you have posted the item back to us, please email us the tracking code to email@example.com. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Raven + Lily is not responsible for lost shipments.
Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items, and product colours/patterns may differ slightly from images on website (though we endeavour for website images to as accurately as possible represent the product). We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a unique handmade item!
